Ingredients:

 

1 lb ground beef (or a substitute you prefer)

 

1 small onion, chopped

 

1 bell pepper, chopped

 

1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

1 tsp garlic powder

 

1 cup sour cream

 

1/2 cup cream cheese

 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

8 oz angel hair pasta

 

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Cook the pasta: Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

 

 

2. Prepare the beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.

 

 

3. Season and add sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to blend flavors.

 

 

4. Layer the casserole: In a bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooked pasta in a casserole dish, creating a creamy layer.
