1. Ingredients:
Thick slices of deli turkey (honey maple or roasted turkey flavor).
Prepared stovetop stuffing.
Mashed potatoes.
Green bean casserole.
Knorr turkey gravy packet.
2. Assembly:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lay out thick slices of deli turkey.
Spoon some prepared stuffing onto each slice, then roll or fold the turkey around the stuffing to form “pockets.”
Place the stuffed turkey pockets in a baking dish.
3. Gravy & Baking:
Prepare the Knorr turkey gravy according to package instructions.
Pour some gravy over the stuffed turkey pockets, reserving extra for serving.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until everything is heated through.
4. Serving:
Serve the turkey pockets with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole, topping with extra gravy as desired.
Trying thinner slices next time could make for a different texture, and would be
great if you prefer a lighter roll. Enjoy!
