Chewy Snickers Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

4 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)

Caramel sauce (optional for drizzling)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it well.

2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

3. Add Flour and Vanilla: Gently fold in the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

4. Incorporate Snickers: Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chocolate chips if using.

5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

6. Cool and Drizzle: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
