Chewy Snickers Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)
Caramel sauce (optional for drizzling)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
3. Add Flour and Vanilla: Gently fold in the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
4. Incorporate Snickers: Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chocolate chips if using.
5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
6. Cool and Drizzle: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
